The Art x Tech Team

Our Art x Tech team is a joint force between Automata Gallery and Frame Motion. The team has emerged as a pioneering force in the intersection of art and technology, aligning closely with Singapore's vision for cultural advancement. Our journey began with the debut of our online platform, powered by blockchain technology, at the Amazon Singapore Headquarters in 2023. The following year, we proudly opened Singapore's first digital art gallery in the historic Tanjong Pagar district.

Positioning ourselves as a vibrant hub where cutting-edge technology meets artistic innovation, we provide a platform for both local and international artists to showcase their work in unconventional ways. This initiative underscores our commitment to enriching Singapore's cultural landscape by making digital art accessible and engaging to a diverse audience. Leveraging our expertise in digital art and technology, and through strategic partnerships with leading technical providers, we aim to establish ourselves as Singapore's equivalent of teamLab.

Our efforts are in alignment with the National Arts Council's SG Arts Plan (2023 - 2027), which aims to accelerate digital arts consumption and creation using technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and the Internet of Things (IoT). These technologies expand the creative tools available to artists, enhancing artistic expression and audience engagement in innovative ways.

With over 16 years of solid industry experience, our team stands as a seasoned leader in delivering excellence. Annually, we successfully execute over 300 projects across various sectors, supported by a dedicated team of 150 employees with an impressive 95% retention rate.

Operating across 21 countries, our footprint spans globally, catering to a diverse clientele including Telco, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Theme Parks, Shopping Malls, Resorts, and Retail Brands. Notable among our achievements are large-scale projects such as the Dubai Expo with groundbreaking video displays, the immersive Van Gogh Alive exhibition in Malaysia, and collaborations with iconic retail brands like Coca-Cola, Sephora, and L'Occitane to raise brand awareness.
